What can I say about Michael? He was the soul and party of any room. He oozed personality and had a larger than life persona. I remember so many conversation I had with him since being blessed with knowing him from 2005. He loved talking about his beloved Spurs and as an Arsenal fan, he was one one of very few Spurs fans I adored. Despite his love for football, there was one thing he cared about more and one thing he ALWAYS spoke about - his family. They meant everything to him. His face would light up when he was talking about his wife Pam. He would beam with pride when talking about his sons Nathan and Louis. Nothing meant more to him. I will miss Michael and so will anyone else who was fortunate enough to know him. After all, to know Michael was to love Michael. A massive loss to the world.

Michael was by far the most popular person in the office, larger than life, and so very kind - I will miss him.
